What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing awareness on the present moment. In everyday life, mindfulness is about learning to direct our attention to our experience as it unfolds, rather than being ruled by our thoughts. Stress and strain of life can result in us feeling caught up in a constant stream of thoughts, feelings and emotions, reflecting on past issues and/or feeling overwhelmed by future worry and anxieties. Mindfulness aims to achieve a relaxed, non-judgemental awareness of thoughts, feelings and sensations. Mindfulness can help us to understand ourselves better, enjoy life more and achieve a sense of well-being.

Individual mindfulness coaching & support ​

One to one sessions are available - face to face, via Skype or telephone. 

Support is provided over six 60 minute sessions offered daytime or evening.

Workshops: Equine Assisted Mindfulness

Ginny is a qualified Mindfulness teacher who offers one to one or small group tuition facilitated at a venue of your choice. Working with your own horses you will discover useful techniques and enjoy the unique experiences of cultivating mindful self-awareness, energy rapport and mindful practice to help you to feel calm, confident and focused. Before long, you will have mastered these useful tools enabling you to apply them in your everyday life.
